Questions, answered

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is free on orders over ₹499. On smaller orders, the delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay. Add any second box and most orders ship free.

How fast will it arrive?

We dispatch within 24 hours. Delivery usually takes 3 to 10 working days, depending on your pincode, and you get a tracking link as soon as it ships.

How can I pay?

All orders are prepaid through a secure payment gateway, using UPI, cards or net banking. Cash on delivery is not available.

Do your sweets contain preservatives or artificial colours?

No. Our sweets are made without artificial colours, flavours or preservatives. The full ingredient list, best-before date and storage instructions are printed on every box.

What if my order arrives damaged?

As these are food products, we do not accept returns. If anything arrives damaged, send us photos and we will make it right. The details are in our Refund & Return Policy.
