These Terms & Conditions govern your use of sakasmilk.com and any purchase you make from Green Valley Food Processors Private Limited (“Sakas”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products & pricing

We sell packaged food products (ghee and sweets). All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. We make every effort to display accurate prices and product information; in the event of an error, we reserve the right to correct it and cancel any affected order.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We confirm acceptance when we dispatch the product. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

Food product nature

Our products are perishable and made without artificial preservatives. Please refer to each product’s stated shelf life and storage instructions. Consume within the shelf life indicated on the pack.

Payments

Payments are processed securely online via Razorpay. All orders are prepaid; we do not offer Cash on Delivery. By paying online you agree to the payment partner’s terms.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — the Sakas name, logo, text, images — is owned by or licensed to us and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the value of that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Satara, Maharashtra, Maharashtra.
