Where we ship

Pan-India delivery to serviceable pincodes, dispatched from Patan, Maharashtra via our logistics partners (Delhivery / Shiprocket network).

Shipping charges

• Free shipping on all orders above ₹1000.
• Orders below ₹1000 carry a flat shipping fee, shown at checkout.

Dispatch & delivery time

• Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days.
• Delivery usually takes 3-10 working days depending on your location.
• Because our products are made fresh and perishable, we dispatch on days that ensure they reach you in good condition.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by SMS/email/WhatsApp once your order ships.

Packaging

Products are packed carefully for transit. If anything arrives damaged, see our Refund & Return policy to raise a claim with photos within the stated window.

Delays

Deliveries may occasionally be delayed by weather, festivals, or courier factors beyond our control. We will help you track and resolve any issue.
